A few years ago, I was stuck. I was working as a personal trainer, but my own body was breaking down.

Chronic pain, stress, and exhaustion left me feeling like I couldn’t help anyone - including myself. I was a new father but I felt weak, worn down, and far from the man I wanted to be.

But I made a choice: enough was enough.

I started rebuilding and I found my way back. I became strong again, fit enough to play in the American Rugby Premiership at 37. But more importantly, I made the shift for my family.

Now, with over 20 years of coaching experience, I help others do the same. Not with gimmicks or shortcuts, but with proven systems that build strength, resilience, and energy.
