Once you're signed up, your custom program lands in the Everfit app. You train on your schedule, log your sessions, and message me anytime with questions or updates. Every week I review your progress and send a check-in — adjusting your program, giving feedback on your form videos, and keeping things moving. There are no mandatory calls, no fixed schedules. It fits around your life, not the other way around.
A program is static. It doesn't know you missed three sessions because work got crazy, or that your shoulder is playing up, or that you've plateaued and need a change. I do. TRY Method is coaching — a living, adapting relationship between you and me. The program changes as you change. That's why people stick with it.
That's exactly what async coaching is built for. Your program adapts to whatever equipment you have access to — hotel gym, home setup, or full commercial gym. Just let me know what's coming up and I'll adjust. Life doesn't pause, and neither does your training.
Most people either feel ready to keep training on their own with the plan we've built, or want to continue with ongoing TRY Method coaching. We'll talk about which makes sense for you in your final call. No pressure either way.
We spend 30 minutes talking about your goals, your history, your life, and what's worked or hasn't before. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, you choose your plan and I get to work building your program. Most clients are up and running in the app within 24 hours of signing up.
