For 20 years, I’ve been coaching people to move better, get stronger, and take control of their health. Now, I bring that expertise to the corporate world, helping employees turn wellness programs into real, lasting results.
Most companies offer great wellness resources—but without structure and guidance, employees often struggle to use them effectively. That’s where I come in. I serve as the human touchpoint between employees and the tools available to them, providing structured fitness plans, movement coaching, breathwork, and recovery strategies that fit into their lives. My goal is to help employees feel their best so they can perform at their best—while helping companies build healthier, more engaged teams.
Beyond coaching, I stay active in my own training and continue to play rugby, applying the same performance and recovery principles I teach. Most importantly, I love spending time with my family, balancing a life of movement, coaching, and connection.
